3. User Accounts and Security

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Bright SEO cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

• Subscribed services are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
• Payments are processed via our third-party payment providers.
• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.
• All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

6. Data Usage and Third Parties

Your use of the Service involves interaction with third-party technologies:

• Bright Data: Used for scraping search engine results. Your queries may be processed through their servers.
• OpenAI: Used for generating insights and AI chat. Data sent to OpenAI is subject to their privacy and usage policies.
• Clerk: Used for user authentication and management.
• Convex: Used for database and serverless backend management.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bright SEO and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bright SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
